This place is pathetic. Went in to close a home equity line of credit. Lady came out of an office to say “Im not sure anybody here can do that but have a seat and I’ll be right with you”. 20 minutes later she comes out and tells me to go to another branch we can’t do that here. Total BS, Lazy workers

Today (6/10/25) around 2pm, we went to open a new (second) account. I forgot to bring my ID. I asked the lady on the counter that if I come back with my ID in next 30 min, will there be someone to help me. She pointed at another lady, who was just walking in behind the counter, and told me that she will be able to help you with new account when I come back. I came back in 20 minutes, the first lady was gone, the second lady was on the counter. I told her that I am here to open an account. said she cannot help me because right now there is no one who can get into “that” room (she pointed at one of the rooms.) I told her that the only reason I came back because her co-worker said the account can be opened today. But it was useless. My account didn’t get open. I left disappointed. The first staff should have told me to come back tomorrow, that could have saved me time and inconvenience. Also it is not that she was busy, there was literally no other customer inside or in the driveway.
