And when I called to resolve the issue I was told they would not help me to recover my money. In fact they forced me to close my account with them because I had issues over their blatant lies...they found it more business like to mock me on the phone and be disrespectful...their passive aggressive taunts were my final straw.

They also cashed in my jar of coins for only a 5% fee versus coin star which takes a 12% fee. The best part about it is I don’t even have to have a bank account here to cash in my coins. My jar was $130 and I only had to pay them $6.50. Just a happy cool place in general. If you ever wanna work at a bank I’m sure this bank would be a fun one to be at.
