However, I called twice this month about a question I had and I was told misinformation both times. I think it’s important that the people in the call center are on the same page as the people in the bank.

- MHMadison HernandezMar 8, 20191.0I had the bank reissue a card for me. The woman told me to set my pin at the store. I did this and my card kept getting declined. I called to follow up and something went wrong “with their system”, so I had to leave a cart of groceries at the store which was not only an inconvenience but very embarrassing. This is the second time I haven’t had access to my money, how uncomfortable. Their electronic billing is also unreliable.
