- BRBen ReedJun 2, 20225.0First Security Bank in 4 Corners is simply the best. All of the employees there are incredibly nice and professionally competent. They know customer’s names and great customers with a huge hello every time you come into the bank. They’re actually interested in getting to know you and your family and treat you as one of their own. From business funding, auto loans, or other issues they’ve gone out of their way to help in any way possible. My grandmother passed away recently and the last thing she gave me was a $5,000 check. I wanted to cash it but also keep the actual check because that’s all I really had left from her. I know that’s weird but it meant something to me and Kathy figured out a way to make that happen. Everyone there has helped in so many ways beyond just banking. Seriously, they’ve become family. Other First Security branches do okay but don’t come close to the friendliness, helpfulness and competence that the 4 Corners branch has. Most of the time, I’ve had to rely on the 4 Corners branch to fix mistakes the other branches have made. Now, I drive by other First Security branches just to continue using 4 Corners branch. These guys and gals do it right!

I save my deposits and make special trips to the 4 Corners branch…just because this team always makes me laugh and it feels like family. They are clearly a family with some banking bond I don’t understand…and have never seen before…but they also always make me feel like I’m also part of the family.
