Explained to the teller my situation and got nothing but snarky reply back from her. Said I can’t see the slip to fill it out and she said without the slip I couldn’t deposit. Uber driver helped out, asked her to write my balance big on the back of the slip.. she said the balance is already in there and sent it back. Worst customer service ever. This lady has no compassion for the disabled. Pulling my account if this is how WSB treats customers with disabilities.
