- GSglenn shapiroMar 20, 20262.0The process has not been smooth. I had a few hiccups during the process with calls that were not held when scheduled. The bigger issue is that I just learned my tax return was accepted by the IRS and I have not just authorized that. I was told nothing would be filed until I completed my review and gave the signal. Now I am stuck having had them filed when there are changes I want to make to my estimated tax payments for the year. I won’t use this service again.

Being able to ask questions and actually have someone respond was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and didn't beat around the bush. I was glad she was just straight to the point on why we owed money but also gave us tips on how to avoid the same thing happening next year. I wish I could give Mindy C. and the TurboTax full service more then 5 stars.
