- EDElizabeth DutyJun 13, 20232.0This branch of PNC used to be amazing! Cindy retired, Jason took a different position, Tom is on paternity leave, and Brittany is on vacation. The people filling in could care less about the customers. The new employee that was supposed to be helping me with a living trust account didn't do anything right, no longer works here, and no one followed up on anything. I came in yesterday and the fill in teller promised she would contact me today (she didn't). She never even looked at the account or contacted anyone until I walked in over 20min ago. I'm still sitting here and have no idea what is going on or what the hold up is.
