This branch of PNC used to be amazing! Cindy retired, Jason took a different position, Tom is on paternity leave, and Brittany is on vacation. The people filling in could care less about the customers. The new employee that was supposed to be helping me with a living trust account didn't do anything right, no longer works here, and no one followed up on anything. I came in yesterday and the fill in teller promised she would contact me today (she didn't). She never even looked at the account or contacted anyone until I walked in over 20min ago. I'm still sitting here and have no idea what is going on or what the hold up is.

At the Warrenton branch, Jason, went above and beyond helping us with an error on our account. He deserves to be acknowledged for his effort!

We had a business account with them since it was National City Bank and slowly things keep changing and not for the good of things either. We overlooked some things then they start charging us a monthly fee. We asked them about and they stated that's our new policy we can't do anything about it, which is interesting to me because I was never notified of any changes. Then another month I log into our account and it shows we have a $0 balance which if you look below at other purchases you can clearly see there was money there. So I go up to the bank and ask why my account shows a $0 balance and all they say is hmm that's interesting and said I have no idea why it shows that. I have asked multiple people up there and no-one has ever apologized or said let me look into this for you or Ill find out what's going on. They obviously don't care what is happening and especially it being a business account I can't take this chance. Now a days there are so many hacking/cyber crimes and this is something that should have been investigated but they just don't care. Stay away from PNC Bank!!!
