  Nothing against the employees. All are doing their best. The corporate bank itself is behind and working against instead of for its customers. Not supporting their employees and customers is a RED FLAG to NOT bank with PNC.

  Not specific to this location. Just pnc in general! Mobile app they say to get it but it never works. Always changing my password or resetting up finger print scan just to check balance, what's the point if you have to always change it or call for balance info? Customer service isn't helpful, they could care less! I didn't choose this bank it was automatically done. Looks like after my $ goes in I will close it out and never reccomend this bank even to the neighbors dog!

  Nick and Kendra are the only reason i suggest here. Nick should be in NyC on wall-street. He would be running it within a few years.
