My partner will be closing their account as well because this branch is just wack.Q

The response was appalling: The security officer stationed there said "Oh, yeah that guy has been around here before". We are closing our accountsand moving to another bank. It's unfortunate because the banker staff is personable. But why even pay for security when the most help you'll get is a shrug?
