- JDJordan DemaretAug 29, 20251.0Has their hours listed as closing at 5 on google but actually close at 3 and apparently have for awhile after seeing their aged hours sign on the door. So I just wasted 15 minutes of my time driving to this location to try and cash a check before a bank holiday on Monday. As a result I wasted my time, gas, and I don’t have the cash I need for this weekend. Very dissatisfied.

- MSMatthew SimsDec 4, 20191.0Someone attempted to carjack my wife in the parking lot in broad day light. After running the guy off she went inside the bank to inform security. The response was appalling: The security officer stationed there said "Oh, yeah that guy has been around here before". We are closing our accountsand moving to another bank. It's unfortunate because the banker staff is personable. But why even pay for security when the most help you'll get is a shrug?
