When selling a property out of town, I called because I needed a place to go to have to the paperwork notarized and needed to get the information from PNC on how to get the money wire transferred into my PNC account. I was told by a representative at the branch when I called to set up an appointment to get this done that they would be unable to notarize my paperwork because the loan is not through PNC. I called four other locations before I was finally able to get through to a Branch Manager who confirmed this. What kind of bank forces their customers to find a place to go when they need a notary to get papers signed to put money in their bank?; apparently PNC. I will now be forced to move everything we have to another bank or credit union.
- GHG HAug 6, 20201.0I sat in line for 19 minutes, when I pulled up there was a car in both lanes at the teller space and it took me 19 minutes to get my chance to make my deposit. There should be a way to get the line going - move the lengthy bank needs, or better yet open up the inside of the bank for customers. Why are some banks open and others not? And to close the branch we had used for years so this is the closest branch. UGH!!!! It might be so bad if this was one time only but it is constantly a long wait at this branch. Looking for a new bank today!!!!!!!!
