  Previous manager was a huge problem getting anything done. We had to go to a different branch to set up our trust. The drive through line takes forever. The turnover is huge. I’m hoping things will stabilize and the new branch manager does a better job.

  Switched from a different PNC because we moved, walked into this bank at 9:00 a.m. did a bunch of business banking and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Even with a line. Everyone was friendly and nice.

  Worst customer service experience EVER! Old guy, Chris, was as rude as any crotchety old man can be. Talked down to me the whole time, and was not friendly at all. Do not reccomend this place at all

  I sat in line for 19 minutes, when I pulled up there was a car in both lanes at the teller space and it took me 19 minutes to get my chance to make my deposit. There should be a way to get the line going - move the lengthy bank needs, or better yet open up the inside of the bank for customers. Why are some banks open and others not? And to close the branch we had used for years so this is the closest branch. UGH!!!! It might be so bad if this was one time only but it is constantly a long wait at this branch. Looking for a new bank today!!!!!!!!
