  We just started a business account with them and put in tens of thousands of dollars and they want to hassle me about depositing $5,000 without my debit card. I had my driver's license and they kept saying they need to make sure it's in my account so that's why they need the debit card even though I verified the phone number last four digits and gave her my driver's license. If they can't look at my license and tell what account that I have open with them then I really don't trust them to do business. Will not recommend them for anyone else and will not be doing business with them in the future. How disorganized do you have to be to not be able to look up someone's account with a driver's license.

  TERRIBLE WAIT.. THEY DONT RETURN MESSAGES ATM WORKS ONE DAY AND NOT THE NEXT.. ALL AROUND HORRIBLE .. APPT 4 NEWDEBIT CARDS GLASS TABLE LEGS OPEN 😲💥🧐UP SKIRT ABSOLUTELY LOVE PNC THEY'RE THE BEST WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUST LIKE ME THREE TIMES A WEEK YOU LOSE YOUR DEBITS..♥️

  I am very satisfied with PNC bank! I am having an issue and I called them to see if they can help with options and they offered me an appointment the same day! Tracy K helped is currently helping me and she is one of the nicest bank members I have ever met! She agreed to do a monthly check in and that helps me more than anything! Also the app is easy to understand and use! It has many features I didn’t even realize I could use! Thank you PNC for being amazing!
