  My partner and I were making a quick withdrawal from one of our accounts. One of the ladies came all the way out of the bank to “simply” remind us that they don’t open until 9am. I completely understood and kept waiting in my van until that time. The same lady again came back out after ten minutes to simply give us yet another reminder. Now I hate to play the race card in 2025 but how else can I explain that we ( the only black people waiting at the time) needed to have these “reminders” given when there were a couple of people waiting all together. The ladies here are rude and completely unaware of the fact that we chose this bank . We don’t need to stay here and been considering moving our financial business elsewhere. To the branch managers here at PNC I must say that this level of customer service is disappointing and downright disgusting. I can only hope that you take this opportunity to remind your clerks and other staff that they should behave in a better manner and to make sure to leave their beliefs around race/skin color at home. Thank you.

  Very long wait times. Typically only have one teller to take care of walk-ins and drive up. They of course have someone there to greet you and direct you to the teller. Not sure what this person really does other than stand around. I would think it would be helpful if this person could jump behind the counter during busy times but for some reason this does seem to be a part of the program. Tellers are very friendly and do the best they can but the place is under staffed.

  Andy in the loan department is not someone I would recommend. Thankful I trusted my gut when her incompetent mistakes presented red flags in an auto loan that I was the selling party. She wanted me to accept a payment check that my name was misspelled on after she (for reasons now unknown as I was not the borrowing customer) checked my license. She suggested that she could just handwrite the missing letter on a computer filled in/printed check.10/10 do not recommend.

  Very friendly and the most customer centric bank I’ve ever worked with. Always ready to help and you never feel like a number, the personal bankers let you know you’re a valued customer!

  I am very satisfied with PNC bank! I am having an issue and I called them to see if they can help with options and they offered me an appointment the same day! Tracy K helped is currently helping me and she is one of the nicest bank members I have ever met! She agreed to do a monthly check in and that helps me more than anything! Also the app is easy to understand and use! It has many features I didn’t even realize I could use! Thank you PNC for being amazing!
