  "We had high hopes going into this, but unfortunately our experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was a consistent issue throughout we always found ourselves having to reach out by phone, and emails went unanswered. For something this important, we expected a more proactive approach from their side. John was knowledgeable, and that much was clear, but the timeline he presented us with was overpromised and underdelivered. When things didn't come together the way we were told they would, it made the decision to stop services an easy one though disappointing nonetheless. Hopefully they can tighten up their communication and set more realistic expectations going forward, because the foundation is there just wasn't enough for us to continue

  You would be crazy to not talk to John about fixing your credit there's no reason to stress out or get discouraged or feel hopeless about your credit this man is amazing I wouldn't been able to fix my credit The credit care company is excellent amazing experience knowledgeable professional he will respond to you right away I still kick myself in the butt and I think about how long I waited and how simple John had made it for me by giving me a plan and the solution to restore my credit and I am ashamed I didn't do this sooner. give this man a call right away there's no reason to put your life on hold and not move forward on restoring your credit and getting your life back on track .
