Ive been waiting 10 days for them to be verified to be told they don't see them and don't know who took them. This is ridiculous
- AOaudoris otisMay 27, 20202.0I love PNC bank but this is the absolute worse location with very little regard for their customers and the dynamics of their location. They changed one of their drive up teller lanes to an atm lane... they know this is the busiest location on this side of town. They already have 2 other ATMs at this location. The 3rd one is not needed. Now all they have is one drive-up teller lane and the line is often wrapped around the building, especially during COVID shutdowns. The wait time is always over 30 minutes. This is unbelievably disrespectful to PNC patrons. The next PNC bank is at least 8 miles away.
