They say that I am still responsible for the mistake they made financially and I am supposed to pay the initial title loan when I refinanced my loan. I did not take out a new loan but refinanced the same contract. I somehow now owe on two different title loans. They are trying to take my vehicle which is my only way to get to work before Christmas. They really truly are terrible people. They are definitely not bbb accredited. They refused to give any kind of management or corporate number.
