I will be honest, I came in on edge because the past few times nothing was explained in detail to my employees about why certain procedures are in place. Taylor, was extremely accommodating and answered all my questions. I can be a little snappy, so I apologize for that, but I am happy to have better answers. As a business owner, it’s very stressful to not know why you can’t have access to your funds, so thank you again PNC.
