  *Edited I could go on and on with the issues ive had with PNC. The worst app, and website ever made for banking. It never works and the rewards program is extremely poor. Their customer service line is outsourced to India and other countries where you can hardly understand what their saying. Do yourself a huge favor and sign up for 1st community credit union. They offer a credit card that only has a max of 12% rate where as the PNC credit cards are as high as 27.99% they're technology is borderline Neanderthal. When you have issues with their system, they claim to have the issues resolved, to my surprise they did not resolve the issues. When youre trying to get answers about fraud or or credit card purchases that you didnt verify they will send you on a carousel of phone tag throughout the entire process. This company doesnt care even remotely about the customer service satisfaction. They're motto is simple banking because the company is just that, simple and lacks basic functionality for today's day and age. Ive been on the phone e for 30 minutes while at work trying to figure out how they charged my credit card that I had paid off and closed. Instead of helping they send you emails and calls about how theyre sending your charge to collections. What a joke! Come to find out they charged me interest on a cc that was paid off and tried to send thst to collections. Be ware and watch your accounts closely. Or they could take advantage of you too

  This location gets a big Thumbs down. I'll be switching my businesses account away from PNC.

  I was just in your branch this morning and was requesting a large sum of cash. I will be honest, I came in on edge because the past few times nothing was explained in detail to my employees about why certain procedures are in place. Taylor, was extremely accommodating and answered all my questions. I can be a little snappy, so I apologize for that, but I am happy to have better answers. As a business owner, it’s very stressful to not know why you can’t have access to your funds, so thank you again PNC.

  I've only had to use this branch once. So far service has been good here. Overall PNC bank has been easy to work with.
