- GGGeneMar 5, 20261.0Why does it take 20 minutes to deposit a check at this location? This branch may as well not even exist. The only reason I had to go in person was the check was more than I could deposit in the mobile app. There are no on-site tellers and the people there, while friendly, can't do anything to help.

They can't provide you with any meaningful local support. If you need any sort of documentation be prepared to wait 7-10 business days while their corporate office reviews and then mails it to you. They make the DMV look efficient.
