I walked into PNC about 20 minutes before closing expecting a quick question — instead, I walked out with a brand new account, a cashed check, and honestly one of the best banking experiences I’ve had. Anthony deserves a huge shout-out — he had great energy, knew exactly what he was doing, and made everything feel smooth and easy. I had gone to another bank first and they told me it would take two weeks to process my check. Not only did PNC help me right away, but I had access to my funds the very next day! The staff was friendly, patient, and treated me like a person — not a transaction. On top of that, we had great conversations and I left feeling confident I made the right choice. If you’re thinking about banking with PNC, do it. I’m genuinely glad I made the switch. 🙌🏽

As a national bank they’re easy to get ahold of, the customer service is great and they have so many flexible options. Then there’s their local branch here in Kansas City which takes it from great to exceptional, thanks to its bank manager Anthony. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony— he goes above and beyond to not only resolve any difficulties, but to find new and better solutions that benefit my business. He has dropped what he’s working on to help me with business banking a number of times and consistently shown that my business is valued. This is rare, I’ve never had a bank manager care this much. His expertise and service are first class, as are the other employees under him at this branch. Not to mention for business banking needs they have incredible payment options— I used Square and took check payments for years until Anthony recommended a faster, less expensive option. Would highly recommend!! If you need business banking, he’s your guy.
