The new branch manager shamela has made it such a pain dealing with pnc we have considered closing our accounts. this branch is less then 3 minutes from my house and now I drive over 20 to deal with pnc. along with all the new employees as this branch employee turnover rate is insane always new people borrowed staff from other branches super slow tons of mistakes due to being new lack of training what have you. I run my personal and business accounts through here and this place now just feels like a joke its absolutely a disaster

Being short staffed is understandable but if a smaller bank like Vantage can set up a call back service and seem to have full staff i gotta wonder what's going on with a major bank that they can't do the same? A bank with no bankers to open accounts on most days doesn't make sense. Wasted my time for sure.
