- DHDennis HopperApr 18, 20261.0This Bank is totally made up of con artists I asked yes or no questions and they won't answer them that way they won't give you a yes or no they lie to you to get your personal information they get you to open account which is useless I had one request he flat out told me yes answer my question and then he got my personal information then he changed his answer the only thing I wanted was a traditional virtual card with 16 digits they won't give you that they won't tell you either they will lie to you waste waste all your time in the end you feel cheated these people are horrible do yourself a favor and pick a different bank

No one there seems to not know whats going on and they make you seem like its your problem. They dont even want to work with the probate court system. Stay away from this branch!!!!!!
- TNTim NolenApr 30, 20213.0Pretty sure PNC inherited this location from a merger. Haven't been on the inside in a long time, but the times I have in the staff has been nice. The parking lot is an absolute disaster. It easy to get in but not out. I avoid using the drive thru as it isn't made for big vehicles. If I use the ATM, I walk up to it. Again, it isn't made for big vehicles. PNC has apparently decided to make using all their ATMs super annoying.
