I have read some things online of what has happened to their business within the last few weeks, well its happening EVERYWHERE! This world is cruel, and things happen out of their control. Still trust and will use their business for service.
- ARAnn RyaFeb 17, 20261.0They had there system hacked weeks ago when we payed them to do are taxes they capted saying there systems was down 3 weeks went by and we noticed on the irs web site they still have not been file called to see what was up and the gave us a story about how the government is shut down and the irs is not taking refunds right know another few weeks went bye and found out the irs is looking into them for there systems getting breached been doing taxes with them for years and know there lieing to cover there butts looking for a new taxes preparer
- MKMisty KarlFeb 11, 20261.0Went in there today to file our taxes have been going through them for the last 2 years husband works at Walmart w2s have always been gotten on line well they were having problems so my husband got on the phone with his manager to ask for the code and the heavier set grey haired lady came in and started talking to me like I was scum and when she realized my husband was the one that worked there turned to him and started getting ignorant with him I sat calmly and when the code still didnt work my husband and I got up said ok we will figure out how to get his w2s and we told the lady that was originally talking to us that the other lady was completely un professional and rude the way she talked to us and walked out will not be going back
