    The employees are nice but inept. I had to return five separate occasions to get a business account set up (i.e. "Sorry we need you to do that signature again because it didn't work for some reason."). Then they started charging me for paper reports even after they told me paperless was set up. This took another visit that still failed to remedy the situation. Then the new manager called to apologize and told me the situation would be fixed, yet it's been two weeks and my money has still not been returned. I'm now shopping for a new bank.
