  I recently got an account open with a checking and savings...Closed my savings a week or two having it open...You have to keep $300 in the standard saving account to keep it active...They will charge you fees for over 6 online transfers and I was never told about this when the account got opened...As far as the standard checking...You have to keep $25 or over or they will have out $5 for a service fee...If you don't have that money...It will put your account into the negative...The person I opened my account with I really appreciate her...As far as calling customer service...That is different depending on the time you call...Usually if you call in the mornings the people you speak with are nice...When you call in the afternoon...That's when you get the rude people...This is what I've experienced...Hopefully this helps others

  The tellers here are awesome. Just the new branch manager needs to visit the hospital down the street to get that stick removed from wherever its stuck. They also need more staff.
