The woman who claimed to be a manager but had zero name tag or anything to present that, was super rude and not helpful at all. As a very recent former employee of PNC for over three years, I know PNC strives to build trust, personable relationships, and provide over-the-top excellent customer service. I get better / friendlier service at QuikTrip. It seems like the employees, in this case the “branch manager” simply wants to make things more difficult for their customers. I am new to the area And was hoping to consider this my new local bank. I have been a loyal customer to PNC with multiple credit cards, auto loans, multiple bank accounts, yet none of that means anything. If you are thinking about switching over to PNC….DON’T. And if you do…I would NOT recommend this branch.

They never keep us waiting especially when we go inside, occasionally we've had to wait in the drive thru but that's pretty normal, nothing too long though. I've been banking with them for 3.5 years and I have never had a bad experience at all.
