  Worst PNC ever. Waited over 20 minutes for a withdrawal and to try and get an ATM card. The poor kid was new and kept messaging the banker for help and she told him sorry I cant help you because im on a call. She was not initially on the call. She had 3 people in line in lobby and 3 in the drive thru. Glad I only have an extra savings there and that they are no longer my primary bank.

  BEWARE!!! Do NOT rely on the one and ONLY drive thru ATM...it ALMOST NEVERRRR works and hasn't worked properly for years!!! PNC KNOWS that it hasn't worked just by the SEVERAL repair tickets and ALLLLL of the phone calls!!! By their lack of inaction it shows how they care about their customers!!! I know 5 customers who has been banking with them for years that are closing their accounts! Take notice people!!!!

  Horrible service and the app only works and shows correct balance on weekdays on the weekends it gives incorrect balance info EVERY WEEKEND do better pnc

  Updating my rating to 3 stars, as they are maybe improving at this branch? Yes, the outside ATM is horrible (unless they've gotten it repaired recently) and it struggles to read cards, then it spat my cash right on the ground and I had to go after it. However, I called to get a document notarized, made an appointment with them and it went super smoothly. This is an excellent free service to customers. I guess just be ready to struggle at the outside ATM and catch your cash as it falls out and you're good to go at this branch. The staff I dealt wish were actually quite nice, which was surprising after reading the reviews.

  Worst customer service ever! They are completley unwilling to help customers or take responsibility when THEY mess up
