- KSKayla SchmittlerNov 14, 20251.0Worst PNC ever. Waited over 20 minutes for a withdrawal and to try and get an ATM card. The poor kid was new and kept messaging the banker for help and she told him sorry I cant help you because im on a call. She was not initially on the call. She had 3 people in line in lobby and 3 in the drive thru. Glad I only have an extra savings there and that they are no longer my primary bank.

We are trying to get a hold of our bank (the branch in Fenton,Mo), but they are literally under water due to our recent historical flooding. So we called the Arnold branch. Luckily they answered, however, instead of greeting me over the phone and asking me to hold, whoever it was hung up after they had answered! How unprofessional! There were many approaches to answering this call, even if the branch was very busy. This was the worst option and they had taken it!
