Carol listened and understood our needs and helped us get what we needed for our small business. Shortly after, we moved all of our personal accounts to FNBM as well. I've never experienced the level of personalized customer service ANYWHERE that I do every single time I visit this bank. I will forever be grateful to Carol for helping us the way she did! Best thing we ever did was try out this small town bank.
