- LNLamar NygaardJun 24, 20232.0Outdated building and outdated tech. The website is basically view-only on a mobile device and that is whether you’re using the app or going through the url. Have to use a laptop/computer to make changes to your payment. Not user-friendly to say the least. We use four other banks for various savings and investment banking purposes, and Boundary Waters is the only bank we use where making or changing monthly payments is this difficult, and the only bank we use where mobile banking is this difficult.
