- LHLeah HMar 29, 20261.0First off when you call them, and "set up an appointment" it's not really for filing Taxes, It's more of just talking to the tax preparer of what you are needing to be filed before you actually get your taxes done. Which they don't tell you on the phone. So you go there and bring all your documents and are told that it's just a consultation. Since everything is uploaded on their app. LUCKILY my person had no other appointments and did my taxes on the spot which I'm grateful for her. But it's very misleading and I would been very disappointed if I was turned away since I left work early and it was a 30 minute drive. The location is a rented out room not a office like other tax places. It's very odd. Secondly. I'm not very happy with the overall service. The person I worked with was great the rating doest reflect her. I already rated her on the app. She was super nice. But she didn't know how to file my property tax saying I was missing information when I had the 2025 property statement and 1098. I talked to 2 other tax experts that told me that is all I needed. You don't get the same person when you reach out again, and had to deal with 2 people. They don't respond back after 48 hours and you have to keep following up with them. Very frustrating and upsetting dealing with that and now I'm not confident that my taxes were done correctly. I'm never going with turbo tax again. When you call the number for some reason it couldn't understand when I said "something else" for the option and kept repeating 3 times until I hung up. I went with them because they were $150 and I had a lot of documents this year, only reason I went them would costed to much to go to my normal guy. But going back to them next year.
