This person colluded with the Appraiser to lower valuation of our portfolio - our hard earned money ! They have absolutely no value to timeliness, sincerity, written word, ethics and relationship. All what this bank cares is how they can squeeze their customers to extract more and more. They don't realize that a lemon when squeezed too hard starts yielding bitter juice ! Our advice in one line - FIND ANOTHER BANK !

When the pandemic hit I thought that loyalty would be of great value. I could never have imagined how wrong I was. When Wells Fargo horrifically failed my business and so many thousands of other small businesses, Citizens Alliance Bank was right there to be our saving grace. The bankers were personable, knowledgeable and communicative. They literally worked tirelessly to make sure our PPP application was accepted by the SBA. When I say tirelessly, I mean we were able to actively communicate with a banker at 12:30 am when we first found out we were approved. The application was approved and funded within 3 days!!! My business, my family and I cannot thank Citizens enough and I could not recommend a bank more!!!
