  We have been banking here for years. Ruth was great and now we find Kay O'brien always to be so tremendously helpful and pleasant, also the young lady helping with wire transfers this year was amazing to work with, sadly her name escapes me but appreciate all of ur staff

  I have used Citizens Alliance Bank for many years for multiple non-profits. They have always had friendly, knowledgeable staff that provide great customer service. I would highly recommend this bank!

  Painfully slow, excruciatingly negotiating, manipulative, unethical ! They can withdraw from their written commitments. When we escalated the matters to their higher ups, no one responded. What a pathetic leadership ! Be careful ! Worst experience !

  I will be forever grateful to Citizens Alliance Bank!!! I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years. When the pandemic hit I thought that loyalty would be of great value. I could never have imagined how wrong I was. When Wells Fargo horrifically failed my business and so many thousands of other small businesses, Citizens Alliance Bank was right there to be our saving grace. The bankers were personable, knowledgeable and communicative. They literally worked tirelessly to make sure our PPP application was accepted by the SBA. When I say tirelessly, I mean we were able to actively communicate with a banker at 12:30 am when we first found out we were approved. The application was approved and funded within 3 days!!! My business, my family and I cannot thank Citizens enough and I could not recommend a bank more!!!

  This bank is useless their tellers are rude and act like it's the end of the world if you ask them to do their job. Their bankers are not the brightest and can never answer your questions or resolve any problem you have with them which there is many issues you will have if you bank with them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere els .
