  Our experience with United Prairie in Waseca has been overall, positive. We have been banking with them since 2007 and they’ve always gone above and beyond in customer service. Recently they really shined more than ever and it’s something I can’t thank them for enough. The people in Waseca who represent United Prairie really care about the customers and they go the extra mile for them. Larger banks (no disrespect) do not look out for their customers like United Prairie does in my experiences. Diana, in particular, (but everyone there is wonderful!) is a prime example of an person who goes out of her way to be helpful, professional and provide the best customer service possible to customers. It’s truly heartwarming to know that I’m a valued customer and I would not bank anywhere else at this point. Thank you United Prairie employees!!!

  Placed money in a CD account for 6 mos. Called them 2 weeks before the mature date, I asked them what's the new rates are since rates have risen drastically since Dec. They gave me the APY but not the interest rate, tye person i spoke with was very rude and really did t want to help me. Ill be pulling my 75,000 CD out.they dont deserve my business.most banks have this online and is transparent, stay awzy..

  I have banked with United Prairie for most of my life. Every time i go visit i'm greeted by a friendly face and am helped with the best service. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else!

  Great place to bank! Staff is the best, always super friendly, and helpful! Office is always clean and nice!
