  We experienced the misfortune of having criminals writing forged checks on our Highland Bank account. We first learned of this by phone call from Atalie, and within a short time we were sitting with her signing affidavits, closing the account, and opening a new account. She saw it that all the actions were taken to block these criminals, while at the same time verifying legitimate incoming deposits and checks so that those could transfer to our new account. Because of Atalie’s kind and professional handling of this we suffered no loss, and found that Highland Bank lived up to every promise they made! This is a bank you can rely on!

  During a life-changing event for my parents, I had the good fortune of meeting a banker at Highland Bank, named Karen. Her professional approach, knowledge, and support made the process smooth and less stressful for me to step into the POA role for my mom. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and she takes the time to find the answer, if she doesn’t know it. She always responds in a timely manner.   They are very easy to work with, and very responsive to questions and request. I do all my parents banking online for them and have had to replace debit cards, make mobile deposits, pay bills, transfer money. Both online banking and the mobile app are very easy to use. Great place to do your banking
