- MLMaiVue LorOct 27, 20231.0I had bank with Citizen Independent Bank for over 15+years, but when someone's trying to take money from my account everyday over and over making my account goes negative the bank did nothing to stop them or calling me. On top of that the bank kept charging me for overdraft fee. When I called and asked the bank to put a stop on my account, they told me that because my account is negative and I don't have enough money in my account to pay for the stop fee there's nothing they can do for me. Wow!!!
