  Charging fees for statements, when we were never informed....My grandma has had the account since I was a baby and recently put me on it, so even though they don't charge people over the age of 60, they can charge me? Not to mention I haven't been receiving statements because my address has changed and they want a copy of my social to change it and I live in Wisconsin. Attempted to talk to a teller over the phone, who was rude the entire time and told me my grandma must have misunderstood, and that I have had numerous chances to change my address to fix the fact that my statements were not reaching me, and that even though they are closed on the weekends I could have left paperwork in the overnight drop-off... She continually blamed my grandma and couldn't actually answer my questions because "she would have to look further into it". I asked to speak to a manager and she just kept redirecting the conversation. Very unsatisfied. ALL of my Siblings and my accounts will be closed shortly.
