  Never will back with this bank. Went in to do a deposit and needed to do a cash advance off other bank card because their ATM was not working and teller asked me to come back Monday cause he was not sure how to process. I also couldn’t get logged into online banking and was told I need to call customer service to get assistance. I closed my account and they charged me$10.00 to do so.

  I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this institution. Their customer service is the worst I've experienced in America. I tried to open a bank account at this bank as a US citizen and I was asked from which state I got my US passport. What is the point? My application was denied on the spot despite providing all required paperwork

  I have found out that this bank branch is really slow. It takes them forever to come to the drive -thru window even when there is nobody there ahead of you. One time I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive- thru ringing the buzzer.

  This bank has been racist towards me and also harassed me. 1st I brought in my own retirement check and was treated like I stole it. Every time I came in customer service was poor but I stayed hoping things would get better. Then I applied for a Loan but since it was a small amount it was typed up as an Overdraft Protection Plan I refused to sign it so I was given a typed up made up looking letter stating it was a loan. After 2 years of this horrible treatment I chose to go to another bank but I kept my accounts open so I could still pay off my loan but once they noticed that no more direct deposits was coming they starting charging me late fees putting my checking account at -$175 and my savings $-70 in fees. I tried to explain and ask for the fees to be taken off and close my accounts but they refused. Now it has been like 4 months since I started this loan and I have not received a statement or nothing so a month ago I agreed to pay but can you please send me a statement. I finally receive a letter now it's back to being a OD plan and interest was added. This bank has been nothing but unfair I see that this bank is unfair and unwilling to treat black people fair so I will put all my evidence together so I can take them to court and suggest anybody with similar problems to do the same.
