After 2 months of excuses like "we can't control how fast the mail works" and "we're not here too often" and 10 phone calls along with some really shitty attitude I finally got reimbursed. I had worked with them for 5 years prior, they WILL screw up and they WILL mess with you. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
