After a number of yrs of preparing my own taxes, I thought I'd use their service again. The experience was AWFUL. The receptionists were rude and unprofessional and the owner apparently too busy to notice or care. Upon calling twice with a question regarding what appears to be their lack of notification of e-filing, I was informed the IRS computers have been down for 2 days which was unequivically denied by the IRS. I will NEVER use this tax preparation service again.
