  If only zero stars was an option. This place is terrible. We had an absolutely awful year, which included the deaths of two close family members, my husband's long hospitalization, and more. We did our best to make payments as best as we possibly could, and of course just as we were in a place to start to (more than) catch up, we were hit by another driver running a red light. Despite his being found 100% at fault, $2,171.000 went to Loanmax and we got $1,116.00. Our payment was going to originally be $50/month for a $1,000 loan, but because we didn't have full coverage we had to pay an additional $100+/month for THEIR full coverage (which does NOT include liability so you DO have to keep carrying your own state required insurance.) The employees are absolutely wonderful when you go into setup your loan...all sunshine and rainbows. But if life happens...be prepared to be called REPEATEDLY, texteded REPEATEDLY, threatened with REPO repeatedly...they do not CARE what's going on in your life. At all. So here we sit, having lost our car to a not at fault accident, with less than fair cred&t and sh&t to put down because of what was a $1,000 loan that has totally SCREWED US. I cannot warn you enough to steer clear!! PLEASE try to find ANY other help! Please!

  Very nice high energy energetic. Very funny, very professional loved everything about the place you guys are awesome. I would recommend people to go here. Both ladies were very professional, explained everything In detail very very happy that I came here new ladies rock
