She was very thorough and reviewed with us throughout the process. She was well prepared, very respectful with a sense of humor sprinkled throughout our interaction. They refused to open my business account because “my business is too new” when opening a bank account is one of the first steps after obtaining your licensing and EIN. They don’t know what they’re talking about and are discriminating against me because when I was in the branch for over an hour the girl told me she got the approval but needed her manager to look over it. It’s a reason why this bank is so small and failing.
