I had a great experience opening my account at PNC Bank, thanks to Andrew Phibbs. He was efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful—got everything set up quickly without any hassle. In contrast, I wasn’t satisfied with the service at Chase Bank, where I struggled to get proper assistance. Andrew made a real difference, and I’m glad I chose them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for smooth, supportive banking

I have been banking with PNC for over 5 years now and have always been satisfied and have had no desire to switch banks. All of the staff that I have had encounters with are always friendly and there are no lines that keep you waiting

I am very disappointed at this branch of PNC bank. Usually I have nice impression on bank staffs. They are nice and friendly. They are always honest with you. They can be trusted. Except this bank, specifically Smita Nikam. I am a person who opens a lot of bank accounts just for having the opening bonus. So this time I went there a month ago to open a PNC account for $200 bonus, which was tough because I had to set up more than $2,000 direct deposit and meet other criteria. Anyway this woman introduced me about the qualifying requirements, and also she recommended me this PNC cash reward credit card. I was hesitant for a moment. Even as a credit card enthusiast, I had to evaluate the account opening bonus. She promised me that I would definitely get more than $100 bonus if apply right away. I remember she told me $150 but my memory got vague and later she denied so I could not know what exactly the amount of bonus she promised to me. And I repeatedly asked her the spending requirements and she answered me explicitly that no requirements needed. I doubted it at that time since no such thing exists in credit card business, but she said again and again that she can internally push this deal happen to assure me nothing to worry about. So eventually I was fooled to apply for the credit card. Guess what, yesterday I emailed her to recap the info again and she denied about it and replied that only $1000 spent in 90 days could possibly qualify me for the bonus of $100. I have been absolutely tricked by this woman. She was not honest with me, just for her dirty purpose of God knows what to trick me. Now what is done is done, I cannot reverse what happened, but only can tell everyone to stay away from this bank. Chase, Keybank, Fifth Third and etc. banks are much better than PNC, at least they don't trick people. If you have faith in this bank, then don't get close to this evil woman, unless you want to be a scam victim.
