  I've banked with PNC for years. I've never had a problem. My wife and I have several CD's. We worked with Alissa Butler on transferring money from other institutions and setting up our accounts. Also the CD's matured and needed to be renewed. Alissa did a great job and we hope to work with her in the future.

  I contacted PNC at the start of April regarding a IRA contribution for the 2023 tax year. Through a 6 month back and forth that included their financial advisor Craig making several errors and nothing but insincere apologies and fake attempts to back step their errors, I have decided to move to a bank that cares about their customers and doesn’t waste their time. To Paul in customer service, thanks for absolutely nothing. Also, funny how you can send bills and statements to the correct address but when the internal complaint results that your own employee submitted come in, you send them to an address used years ago. Thanks for everything!

  The bank was empty but they wanted me to make an appointment for later that day with a lady that was sitting all alone in her office at that moment. I said sure let's do that, then walked out and never went back. I went to another bank that helped me while I was there. This experience with PNC showed me that they were just lazy and didn't really care about the business they're in. I'm happy to have found this out prior to opening an account with them.
