I was assisting a client with her account (language barrier) I requested a simple task from the teller that I’ve done at my personal bank (Genisys credit union) a ton of times. She refused to help and instead transferred my client to customer service hotline which everyone knows is a pain with waiting/getting assistance. She easily could have assisted us personally. I’m relieved I never have to call their bank again because I was smart enough to never open an account there based on their previous reviews. *This happened specifically at the Wixom location.

I changed my address with them 3 years ago but they still sent my car eleteonic title to the state where I no longer live in any more. I called to request about this issue and like always, the representative said they couldn't do anything about it. Very helpful!
