If you’re dumb enough to open up an account with them, do not be surprised when all of a sudden you’re charged in mysterious charges and overdrawn even though you have an account that is not supposed to be allowed to be overdrawn. This is a scam bank when you go in there to try to find out what happened. They’ll just tell you oh it was over the weekend and everything pending came out Monday when he tried to explain on Monday your account was perfectly fine Tuesday. It was perfectly fine Wednesday. It wasn’t. They’ll just say yeah that’s the way it works. Go to Chase Bank way better.
- EBEli BanksMar 20, 20261.0My mother died a few months ago and PNC wouldn't accept the check that was sent from MetLife for her estate, and on top of that they put a hold on my account and said it would be closed unless I got a written letter from the branch manager of the issuing bank. Needless to say, after 19 years of banking with PNC I will be advising everyone to avoid them.
- JVJoseph VargasFeb 27, 20261.0Slow service , I go inside because I did not have my debit card, I had to show my ID “that took multiple proofs of paperwork to sec state just to get my ID” crazy the bank wanted more proof of who I was which is ridiculous because my if wasn’t good enough, always 2 lady’s only running drive through and inside on busy days while a greeter does nothing but bother you like there is so many options to a bank when I just want easy Access to my own money quick and fast. Pulling out the drive through will scrape your car if it’s too low so be cautious.
