- JGJeremy GJan 20, 20261.0I don't know what's going on with all these ATM's with this location being the worst for not working!! But last night I was trying to deposit money in my account to cover a bill that had a late fee if it didnt get paid yesterday. So this ATM location was my first stop being the closest to me and like normal it wasn't working!! So I head over to the Cooley lk location where the ATM worked but wouldn't let me deposit money. So I ran over to the flagstar on sashabaw rd where it was working till it took my card sounding like a shredding machine and after a minute or two the machine flashed out of service and kept my card 🤬. All this while driving through a snow storm in 4wd with my truck sucking down fuel while trying to not pay a late fee. I know its poor planning on my part but 3 ATM's in a 20 mile radius being unusable with this location being the worse really shows the poor upkeep and care being put into these establishment where people are counting on and trusting them with their money.

All of you are are very nice and caring to me. I have been a customer since 2003 when I bought my house through Flagstar, having paid off my home equity loan and is the best bank and location for me now into the future.

He quickly responds and does his best to help us out with whatever the issue may be. I wish this bank were closer to my home as it has been much more helpful than the branch near my home.
