Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & I'm leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!
