  Absolutely atrocious bank on multiple levels. I business bank with flagstar. Attempted to make a deposit online because i do not live in the state any more. My app claims it as delivered but it never reflected on my account. I called in to have them rectify. The young lady informed me they do have the money but haven't posted it to my account. She claimed she sent an email to the back office to get it rectified within 24/48hrs (should have been rectified immediately) A week passes by and still no credit or contact from flagstar. I call again. No case was ever opened and they had no idea what was happening. After a month of constant calling and a dozen conversations with "customer representatives" forwarding me onto the next person as to not deal with the issue theirselves, someone informs me the check was rejected initially even if it had read as delivered. When I was informed of their reasoning for rejecting it, it is clear and obvious they have wrongfully dishonored the check. Throughout this month of time, they canceled my overdraft protection and I have missed a number of payments, acrewed fees and has made it impossible to run my business. No offer to cover the fees, rectify the situation, fix their back office, etc has been presented. There is a case here for me under (wrongful dishonor, breach of contract and violation of consumer protection laws). Still something i may pursue. I will be switching my business banking and highly suggest everyone else do the same.

  BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! The reviews are absolutely true and represent a fraction of the issues I have had. I have no idea how this company stays in buisness. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to help receive my 1098 and all I get are lies and incompetent representatives that do absolutely nothing! Take my advice, stay away from this company!

  Wow, wow trying to reach Flagler bank can not get thru to them, they change the borrows name on my 1098, to someone else, give incorrect information on my loan, what's happening with these companies. " Please beware."

  This bank is horrible they took my daughter's house and sold it because the bank was suppost to be paying taxes on it and didnt it was suppost to be in the escrow, account , this company is awful....im sharing in Facebook so everyonewill know how bad you are to stay away and not get a loan from this company.Have a good day
