It seems that they may have collected every bored PNC employee that has no grasp of customer service and is always over complicating anything. For some reason they seem to come up with some sort of a delay to give certain people a hard time. My sister wrote me a check and all of the sudden it became a suspicious check. I have cashed a check from my sister at other branches, no one ever gave me hard time. Go to any other branch then this one.
