  Had a really rough morning lost my wallet. Went into the main branch of Big Beaver Thinking this would be the best place where I could get the most help. When I went in and let them know That their longtime personal and business customer was having The young lady said, let me talk to my manager and then came out and said I can’t help you. I’ve been asked if I could talk to the manager. This was where my experience started to get bad. Not only was she rude from the get-go and not very helpful. She acted like me trying to get help or information at her bank was a bother to her. She told me go online. You can do it online so I said thanks for your help walked out and began going online. I quickly realized I wasn’t going to be able to get any help online, which I was fearful of and the reason I originally went to this branch during my workday. I then went back in and showed said manager that I couldn’t do what she had said. I could do on the app and asked her to do it for me to which she could not also do it. She did invite me into her office and didn’t make a phone call for me replacing one of three cards I needed. I thanked her for her help, and she escorted me out of office to another bank employee to help me with the other two cards. As I sat in office next to managers office with new employee having new cards made, I was Easily able to overhear the manager talk bad about me on the phone to another worker make false claims about what I did in the office and proceed to just make me look and feel terrible. All I wanted was some help on a bad day as someone who has been a customer for 15+ years personally and has a business account through them runs all my business through them has a business loan through them. Thought I might get just some decent help instead I got made to feel like a fool by the manager Hopefully somebody sees this and can explain to her why someone in her position should know how to work better with customers and should also understand that the officers aren’t soundproof.

  Jessica (assistant to the branch manager) works to fight with customers instead of looking to resolve the issues she perpetuates. Highly unprofessional.
