The representative rolled her eyes and refused to look at my digital documents, insisting on hard copies instead of being helpful. I walked out and won't be back. Save yourself the trouble and find a bank that actually values your business.

- DIDave I.May 25, 20221.0Rude customer service. I wanted to close my account due to incorrectly billed fees and they told me I had to do it in the original branch in which I opened the account. Then another representative told me that was not correct. I still got the fees sent to collections. They were trying to charge me a fee for using my savings money and there was delay on their system to transfer the funds and apparently that caused a return item fee. If there are funds in the savings account, how can it cause such fee? No compensation for trouble was issued.
