There's one person named Shawn there who I don't see often, but for some reason he just gave me the worst attitude on this particular day. He wasn't smiling, wasn't asking about my day, wasn't asking other questions a teller would. I'm a manager at my job and take great pride in seeing others display a good amount of Profesionalism, especially when dealing with other businesses. I really hope Shawn has a better day, but man... that is NO way to treat customers. He was cold, and I didn't feel welcomed there... there's honestly no room in a professional setting for people who let their emotions get in the way of work. I know businesses don't really care about bad reviews, but as someone who is a manager for a retailer, this is some of the worst customer service I seen in a long time.
