- TTTaesuFeb 12, 20265.0Kate the teller is wonderful and I’ve been to 4 other Alliance locations as well as been private banking client for years at a larger bank. Comfortable recommending the credit union itself as well Kate’s attention to service. Anywhere you go these days it’s like pulling teeth. I don’t think anyone is required to smile at you. But competency is great. She’s got both!
- SDSherry DouglasNov 17, 20251.0I've called this branch over and over again trying to get the branch manager on the line, left several messages regarding my concern, left my contact information and have not received a call back. I have no choice but to air this laundry here. I would like for Ms. Barton to explain how a business customer that used her branch to cash a 2 party check without 1 of the parties signature. It is a civil violation according to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC \S 3-110(d)). I tried to bring this serious situation to your attention privately and it appears you just ignored me.
