  Alex helped me a lot when my account was compromised. The other branches did almost nothing at all. It’s like I was bothering them.

  This bank just transitioned to a new bank and closed online banking for 3 days. I tried calling to see if a customer service rep could tell me what is in my account and after calling 5 time to try and get through to someone because I had to keep trying different option before the automated robot finally transferred me I was told they can’t even access my account. Absolutely ridiculous that it was so hard to get through to someone. I definitely recommend not using this bank if you like calling and speaking to a real human over a dumb robot.

  The ATM has been down at least two days this week, possibly longer. If you need to do anything inside or drive thru, this location is great. It's disappointing that the ATM is down on a seemingly weekly basis though.

  This Flagstar branch is one of the best branches I had ever visited. Everyone there was super friendly, and they all had a smile on their faces. Delon was exceptionally an outstanding, helpful, and genuine person who was so happy to assist me and guide me in making the right decisions. I would recommend this branch, and Delon, especially for anyone who is trying to visit this location and open a new account there. Best Regards.
