  This place doesn’t have in-person tellers and replaced them with virtual teller machines instead - which is fine. However, the wait time for virtual tellers is extremely long. I spent over 40 minutes for a cash withdrawal. The staff at the location were helpful though.

  Had to go to a different branch to deposit a check, they would not deposit due to technicality... thank God branch down the road was open late and they had no problem depositing said check ... been banking at pnc 15 plus years nothing like this.... no wonder horrid reviews...

  The gentleman at the front did not seem to want to help my situation. I do not bank with pnc and I had a check cut to me by my company since I am a float. The office I covered banks with pnc so that’s where my check would be cut from. I drove 15 mins out of my way and he told me he needed another form of identification because I don’t bank there. I went to the location in Troy and not only did I NOT have to show a second form of ID, the young lady didn’t charge me a percentage either since again I am a floater. I do not have a second form of ID since currently I am not active with a bank. I left a very frustrated and dissatisfied customer. I won’t ever bank with PNC and I will never come to this location again.

  This is probably the worst bank I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS! Matter of fact theres a Flag Star Bank right across the street. Which seem to be waaay more efficient then this bank and there workers!!
